WHERE ARE YOUR SESSIONS LOCATED?

Our sensory play sessions are currently being held at:

Gold Coast - Kirra Hill Community & Cultural Centre 

Central Coast - Erina Trust Hall & Point Clare Community Hall

However, we currently cater to birthdays and private events throughout the Gold Coast, Central Coast and Sydney surrounds. If you are interested in us hosting your next event or have a new location you'd like us to check out - please get in touch today!

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

- Confirmation of your booking. 
- A towel and change of clothes as sometimes our sessions can get a little messy! 
- A bag to take messy clothes home in.
- A water bottle and snack for afterwards, getting messy is hard work!

WHAT AGE DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BE TO ATTEND A SESSION?

Our sessions are designed for ages 6 months to 5 years.
If you have a Bub under 6 months you are welcome to bring them along to the session for free, as long as they are in a carrier or pram while you supervise your other child/children. We will have a dedicated area for prams at all of our sessions.

WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR?

We suggest that you and your little ones wear clothes that you don't mind getting messy in! We often use paint and food colouring during our sessions so please be mindful of this when deciding what to wear. 
We take no responsibility for clothes or any other belongings that are damaged, marked or stained.

WHAT DOES TASTE SAFE MEAN? ARE THERE ANY ALLERGENS?

We do not use any products containing nuts, dairy, eggs or soy. However some of the products we use state "may contain traces of" on their labels. 

When we refer to our sessions being taste safe this means that the products we use are natural and/or food based and are prepared and stored following food safe practices. So your child will be fine if they happen to have a little taste or put anything in their mouth.

However, our activities are not intended to be eaten and supervision is required at all times.

If your child has any allergies please let us know prior to booking your session. 

WHAT IF I CAN'T ATTEND THE SESSION I BOOKED?

Unfortunately due to material costs, preparation and hire fees we are unable to refund your ticket.

However, we know to expect the unexpected when it comes to our little ones that's why if you can't attend your booked session please email us within 24 hours of your session at info@beewildsensory.com.au and we will book you in for a makeup session or alternatively transfer your booking to a friend or family member. 


CAN I BRING MORE THAN ONE CHILD?

Absolutely! If they are 6 months or over they can definitely participate and start gaining the benefits of sensory play. If you need an extra set of hands throughout the session just let us know!
